Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Options and Costs

We provide the following delivery options:

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all U.S. orders

  • Express Shipping: $10.00 flat rate per order

Shipping fees (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

These are estimated transit times. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other external factors beyond our control.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for order delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number within 24 hours.

Address Changes

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Multiple Addresses

We are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses.
If you need items delivered to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Order Tracking

You can track your order by visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your tracking number or order details.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
